The Skills Matrix is something out of the Toyota Talent book that is used to help conduct agile performance evaluations for yourself and team members. There are three basic steps:
1. Baseline the skills within a team for each team member.
2. Set development goals and action items.
3. Regularly review performance in relation to the development goals.
