The Android 2.0 source code is finally available to all developers through the Android Open Source Project Page.  The Motorola Droid is still the only US phone to feature Android 2.0.  Other carriers with Android phones will have to decide whether or not they want to upgrade.  Google's announcement is a boon to developers who have been itching to get their hands on the new OS.

IBM says it has created the world's largest private business cloud, which they have named "Blue Insight".  IBM's new cloud can provide a petabyte's worth of real-time data to IBM employees.  Until now, this data was only available to senior executives.  Blue Insight also powers a separate offering called IBM Smart Analytics Cloud.
