Transparency and Customization: Keys to Agile

For IBM, Agile is about transparency. Marc Baumbach says that IBM is developing a standard called Collaborative Agile Lifecycle Management, which lets many different development tools come together and make the software production process transparent for stakeholders, developers, and customers.  When implementing agile, Baumbach says you should keep an open mind and use tooling and process combinations that work best for the team.

Marc Baumbach is a software Engineer at IBM.  He works on the Rational Requirements Composer on the Rational Jazz platform.  The platform is designed for business analysts to manage their requirements and work with developers and test teams to facilitate software development.
