Video: Maturing Agile
Todd Olsen says that agile usually starts small in an organization. One department is interested in trying agile and they start using it and eventually proving that they can produce the desired results. As agile spreads to other teams in the organization and as the backlog matures, teams start pulling work and estimation becomes more mature and accurate.
Todd Olson is a product line manager at Rally Software. Now that agile is becoming more mainstream, he's seeing more executive-level reporting. Reports are becoming more diverse as agile starts to mature in certain organizations.
